The sound of silence

最近得闲的时候便一直听Paul Simon和Garfunkel的经典之作《The sound of silence》, 作为《毕业生》的插曲，这首歌随着电影在80年代初传入中国大地时，对正受思想解放和现代意识启蒙思潮影响的的中国年轻人来来说，主人公本杰明的逆世反叛、渴求真爱的人物形象正是当时年轻人在心底默念，确苦于无处排解的最好标榜。被禁锢的思想正随着时代洪流抛向遥远的爪哇，配合达斯汀霍夫曼青涩中略带茫然的表情，意境和艺术张力都得到了有力的体现。这首插曲也因其旋律轻快中带有些许忧郁的色彩。让人沉醉其中，为之神往。最近查了歌词后才发现这首歌的歌词同样不俗，我的英语并不好，但是还是斗胆将歌词用中文翻出，谨聊表对原作者的敬意。
